These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Zdunje Trucking LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the zdunjetrucking.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Freight & Logistics Services

Information provided on this Site regarding freight quotes, lane availability, transit times, and services is for informational purposes only. A binding contract for freight transportation is only established upon the execution of a formal Bill of Lading (BOL), Rate Confirmation, or Carrier/Broker Agreement. All transit times and rates provided via the Site are estimates and are subject to equipment availability, weather conditions, FMCSA hours of service regulations, and other factors outside of our direct control.

3. Driver & Owner-Operator Applications

By submitting an application for employment or an owner-operator lease agreement through the Site, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. You authorize Zdunje Trucking LLC to verify the information provided, including pulling Motor Vehicle Records (MVR), PSP reports, and conducting required background and drug/alcohol screenings in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or a lease agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. 7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Zdunje Trucking LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Wisconsin shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
